Old school books

I love crating books from way back. I was really really lucky yo get some as a gift for x’mas. My “second parents” gave me an entire set of crafting books from the 70s!. There are like 18 of these books with many beautiful projects in them. Knitting, crochet, embroidery, sewing, needlework, and more. I’m so excited. I love old patterns.

*My second parents are a sweet elderly couple who has decided to take me in as their own daughter since they don’t not have any children of their own and my family doesn’t live in Vancouver. I call them my adopted parents. It’s like having a family away from home.

Noodle Box

Tried the new Noodle Box on Homer St downtown Vancouver.
It’s not bad, I’m always wary of asian food stops with NO asian people working there. 3/5 for me. I like the fact that have different levels of spicy and it is spicy!

Whole Vegetarian Foods

I’ve been lazy, with the holidays and all, I’ve been eating a lot and not blogging. New years just around the corner, time to get things back in the groove.

Here’s a photo of breakfast for 2 @ Whole Vegetarian food on Main street.
5/5 for me! I love Chinese dim sum. And to be able to go a place and eat it without having to worry about stuff having meat in it is so nice!
Our order was a bit of a overkill, but we got a little excited and order a bit too much. I can’t wait to go back.
