A mini cosmetic haul it is. I have been cutting back on cosmetics in the sense I need to use my stash before buying too many new ones. Otherwise, some stuff sit there for months before I even touch it. Just a few things I bought recently here and there.

Kiehl’s lip balm set. These were actually given to me by HG’s mom during Xmas. Oh, how I love lip products and these are some fancy flavors. Thought, I must say I am not a fan for this type of packaging. Twist off caps which I might loose and it goes rolling away and the product is the slightly watery runny type that doesn’t really work or stay on my lips long enough to work.

I love nail polish, though I haven’t really blog about them, maybe sometime soon. 2 brands I’ve been dying to try : A England & Ozotic. I most only wear dark colors these days. More often, Black. Or glitter/chrome type polishes. I given up on light colors. doesn’t really work for me. Got these at Nail Polish Canada.

Pick these up at a nearby drug store few days ago. I always wonder what all the rave was about. Colorless peppermint & peach kiss. I think I prefer the peppermint because it has no color. I don’t think it moisturize as much as it claims. Not for me anyway  It’s the more greasy type that doesn’t tend to stay on my lips long enough. As for the peach kiss. I like the color but I find it doesn’t color well or smooth enough easily if you go 2-3 coats. you gotta have really slow clean lips to start with or else it seeps into the cracks. It was on sale, I can’t complain.

Clio’s Kill Brown. Brown eyeliner, always need more of them. Comes in a set with a mini mascara, too bad the mascara isn’t brown too.

So as you can see, I’ve really scale down my cosmetics hauls. These are the few items I bought in the last few months!!! I just try not to look at cosmetics items, unless I feel I really need it.
